So the idea I have is basically a hunter who rides around on a horse. His special power is he can make the horse run faster to catch up to survivors, and while the horse is running it can bite survivors to cause them to bleed. They have a timer to heal themselves out of bleeding, but the horse can't actually down anyone. You can only injure them. The timer for bleed out doesn't go down if you're near the killer, so it's not a threat during that time. Sure, while the killer is going fast on his horse, he's not a threat, but it's made up because he can then switch back to a normal m1 killer whenever he wants. However, anytime he switches he gets DSed and has to move really slowly for the duration of DS. With addons you can make it so instead he just gets hit with a pallet and has to move slowly for the duration of a base pallet stun. Also, his horse can only run every so often (i.e, a cooldown to nerf the power down)
