Reminder that Nurse is a clunky, unfun mess
The cooldown has turned the Nurse into a clunky, unfun mess. It hasn't seemed to help the lower skilled survivors it was intended to help, and it has made Nurse pretty terrible to use against the better survivors at high ranks for average Nurse players because top tier survivors didn't need additional counterplay options against base Nurse. I have yet to encounter a Nurse on the survivor side since her rework.
Predictive blinking is an integral part of playing Nurse at a high level. Why are we making Nurse wait out a cooldown simply because the killer blinked to a corner after an LOS break and the survivor kept running? What did the killer do wrong here? Guess incorrectly? The amount of time this typically extends chases in high rank play isn't proportional to the (arguable) mistake. Nurse already had to wait out a fatigue and deal with another likely LOS break if the survivor knew to break LOS in the first place and bait out the mis-blink. 3-5 blinks was what made this exchange unfair. Not the fact that you could blink twice again.
The cooldown also causes major issues around large LOS breakers like the massive pile of cars on Autohaven. If the survivor starts at max distance and the Nurse is at base blink range and cooldown, it takes a disproportionately long time to catch up and even think about landing a hit.
And I'll clarify because I know many users have very selective reading comprehension, this isn't about having an automatic win killer, or even an easy killer. It's about having a killer that feels fair when played correctly. Whereas 3-5 blink Nurse or Omega blink Nurse felt unfair for survivors even when they played correctly, it now feels like Nurse gets punished when played correctly. This is the whole point Nurse players have been trying to make.
If you're going to telegraph where Nurse is going to land and give survivors time to juke, why are you also punishing the Nurse with a cooldown when survivors juke? If you already had Nurse go into fatigue to obscure LOS, why do you think survivors needed more time to do so? Because I'm often waiting out a cooldown after survivors broke LOS during the fatigue. If it's out in the open and they couldn't break LOS, why is that a Nurse problem? Do we disable Hag traps around the basement because it's a strong area for her? If this is intended to help survivors break LOS, why aren't purple and lower rank survivors able to do it? Just this morning I beat two teams of purple and green rank survivors who tried to pallet loop me. In the games against red rank survivors, half of them just maintained a huge amount of distance. I can't imagine this is working the way it was intended.

Nurse tears, delicious.
Get a life
The devs will respond eventually..but you basically nailed it in the head..in the meantime do ignore the ignorance of people who didnt like or even play nurse and their painfully blatant bias followed by 0 logic of their own..they just seek attention
