Sooo.. have they recently added a new sound effect ? [Killer]

Hey everyone, i have recently played a game as Wraith and noticed i kept hearing deep breathing sounds which apparently came from my Killer as i played.

When watching the recent "Lose 3 gens, win the game" Trapper video from Otzdarva, i have noticed the same sound effect plays from the killer. For those who really don't see what i am talking about, you can hear it there, in the same video i have mentioned: https://youtu.be/qEinsHtYP2k?t=224

So is this a recently added sound effect ? I have never heard it before.

EDIT: I feel really dumb.. i just noticed i was using Whispers for the very first time, i only have 170 hours and i have never tried it before. I guess this topic can be closed then!

    Yes i have realized that my question was pretty dumb xD.. i realized it was "Whispers" only now because i have finally decided to try it, and oh boy is this useful :)
