It says i don't have opengl 3.1 and i can't play the game. I checked that i can have only opengl 3 but now i am supporting opengl 2. Does in future will come dbd mobile version for opengl 2?

It's currently unknown if version opengl 2 will be able to play DBD mobile.
If your phone can't run DBD mobile than there is nothing you can really do about it, except get a more up to date phone of course. Of course, you could also just need a "stronger" phone.
