DBD mobile
So i recently been playing around with console streaming on xbox (which basically lets you control your xbox from anywhere) and as of today, Xcloud (which is the same thing but with a limited selection of games and you don't need an xbox) Aside from Xbox, Google stadia is set to come out soon and Sony is partnering with Microsoft for something streaming related. If nothing else we might see PSnow make its way to phones.
I bring all this up because im already playing DBD on mobile. Not only am i playing it on mobile but i retain all my progress and DLC purchases. Pretty soon everyone with an xbox will have access to free console streaming. It's very possible the same will be coming to the PS5 AND if that wasn't enough anyone can get stadia or xcloud even without any type of console or PC. And the switch is already portable
So what's the point of a downgraded version of DBD on phones that doesn't have cross save when there are so many better alternatives right around the corner? After the survey we can hope cross save coming in the future but that still wouldn't change the fact that it would still be the worst version of the game.
Im not trying to hate or bash on it im just wondering how many people would actually play it. In the very near future all xbox players will have a better option. We know Sony is working on streaming so soon all PlayStation players probably will too. That only leaves PC players who don't pay for xcloud or stadia but still want to play games on their phones. Just seems like a super niche audience on a game that's already kind of niche.
