Why can’t I sign in on my account?

So I made another account because it won’t let me sign into my main account it says “You need to reset your password. This is most likely because an administrator recently changed your account information. Click here to reset your password.“

Ive already seen that their working on it but when will I be able to use my account again?

    Just change it back to your old one, it happened to a lot of people, including me, you can definitely use your old one, you just have to click "Forgot?" when they ask for your password. They posted on the forum that that has been happening
