A suggestion to buff bubba

I think leatherface needs buffed here are a few suggestions.

1. He should be able to throw his chainsaw then have to collect it(like bear traps)
2. He should have a skateboard so he can drive by people and get around quicker
3. He should be able to fly and drop his chainsaw onto survivors.
