Honestly, i didn't expected that at all, Matchbox is one of her better addons. Sure, against decent players it's trash, but with two potatoes you can have fun.
In my opinion they should buff Matchbox to 4.4 and spasmodic to 4.8 to make nurse an actual threat with some of the addons.
she should be 4.4 m/s with that add on.
otherwise there is really no point in bringing it...
STBFL nurse with matchbox was fun but as you said not very strong at all. The blink range is tiny and the fatigue is pretty painful.
