They both get 1 set each, but shouldn't they get more?

I am not saying like 3 sets, but at least like 1-2 more extra cosmetics

    Maybe some cosmetics will be in the tomes, that aren't just charms.

    That cosmetic is there it was just was turned purple.

    The tomes are just charms every levels rewards was on the ptb its the one charm thats out now but it gets cooler looking with each tome level.
