Hawkins: Too noisy?

Anyone else find Hawkins Lab far too noisy? With all the sound effects, doors moving, rats rattling etc...sometimes I find it hard to hear the heartbeat and especially the hatch.

At first I liked the authenticity of Hawkins, but now I pretty much loathe this map.

    Yeah on both sides, it's nearly impossible to hear anything as survivor. The heart beat at low levels, stealth killers' breathing and clothes sounds.

    Then on the killer side you can almost never hear survivor breathing or footsteps around all the clunking and groaning.
