Question about adrenaline
When the perk activates do you have to sprint right away because i got caught off guard and went to sprint then stopped and it looked like the perk glitched out and only lasted like 3 seconds in comparison to the normal five. And do you have to be injured to get the speedboost?

Yes, once the perk activates you immediately effected by Exhaustion as the Speed Boost is given to you the moment the perk activates whether you are sprinting or not.
