So basically... killer lobbies.

Why do they take so long? The killer is the first person in the lobby so why is it so long to get a killer lobby but quick to get a survivor lobby?

    Not sure what Doctor has to do with it. But with dedicated servers, survivors can join a lobby that hasn't even had a killer in it, so it takes a bit for killer sometimes due to them needing to find a lobby I think.
