I saw at least one event item (sometimes two) in each new bloodweb for my Dwight Fairfield which was the only character of mine still at Level 20. So my level 21 bloodweb had a ghastly gateau and a fourth year flashlight Then my level 22 bloodweb had a ghastly gateau and a fourth year med kit. My level 23 bloodweb had a ghastly gateau. My level 24 bloodweb didn't have any anniversary items. And finally, the last one I opened - my level 25 bloodkit had all three items - ghastly gateau, fourth year flashlight and a fourth year medkit. That's crazy how different it is for everyone.

I saw Pyramid Head glowing (by acquiring a crown, I'm ascertaining). Isn't he a licensed killer?

It will spawn at the beginning of the trial and move around each time someone either takes it (by approaching the crown and pressing the key(s) or button(s) corresponding to the pick-up action on your system) or if some amount of time has passed and no one has found it. Every time it is picked up by a player (survivor or killer) a new crown will spawn in a new area of the map. I believe only one crown spawns at a time (from what I can tell) and if you pick it up, your character will glow/sparkle like little fireflies or sparks are flying around your body).
