Devs have said they consider Blight's hug tech a bug and that it will eventually get fixed.

I do not believe the Wesker hug tech or Oni 180 flick have been officially acknowledged.

Personally, I think Wesker's hug tech is fine, but Oni's 180 is pretty stupid when his attack hitbox already moves with you during the ground slam (good example in tofu's video on Oni 180 flick) allowing for generous hits.

    Thanks for the info!

No I just enjoy consistency. Less exploits the better. That goes for survivor too but don’t think there are any since locker exploit got fixed

Yea… being able to further increase and exhibit skill expression is a skill issue.. right… 🤣

I wouldn’t call using an exploit skill expression but ok

  • I also posted this originally in general discussions, but it might fit better here. Another change I thought of if they really want to keep it to four uses is that for every time after 5th, 6th hook ect. the killer gets a notification/scream of which gen has the most progression

  • Yeah a lot of players use the word boring when they come up against strategies, perks, map offerings, and for certain killers that they personally do not like. Even if the killer or survivor is playing in a fair way if anything is used against them that they find is boring they will most likely be mad in the end game chat. For example I played as Artist and my build was Ruin, Tinkerer, Pain res, and Dead mans and we went to coal tower. I run builds like these on many killers to go against the best survivors since they can be quite efficient nowadays. For the entirety of the game I would go away from hooks except for one time when I hooked a survivor right next to a gen that was 90%. I was paranoid that a survivor was around that gen so I stayed near the area. I didn’t stay close enough though since they finished the gen. So to punish them I decided to force the person in the basement to second stage. Then after that I went back to going away from hooks and ended up with a 4K. The survivors weren’t very happy about my build, that I camped one time, and that I somehow tunneled. So basically if you do or use one thing they do not like they will see you as boring.

  • Don’t remember the last time I had a game without at least one dead hard in it. Dead hard will be nerfed since it’s in a situation like old ruin was, overused and powerful vs a lot of players. Although once dead hard is nerfed there may be a sprint burst meta.

  • You can’t be banned for just lagging. But if enough people think you are cheating I’d be careful when you play. I’ve been having issues with my WiFi after I got a new connection. With this new WiFi I can only play when only one person is on it otherwise it’ll lag. They say it’s the best WiFi I can get. And sometimes when my WiFi is updating itself it’ll lag even though no one else is on it. I’d say about 90% of my games go fine while the other 10% I’ve experienced rubber banding and lag spikes. In these games if these problems consistently continue I’ll dc because it’s not fair to play against that. So my advice is don’t use multiple devices on it at the same time, unplug your router and plug it back in, make sure when you go into a lobby the ping consistantly stays green or yellow. If it turns red while everyone is still in the lobby find a new lobby. The servers can cause lag for you too.
