  • The 'reason' to play PTB is to either give feedback or learn to play with/against new perks early on.

    That's it, nothing will transfer over.

    I won't play PTB, seeing as I'd rather learn these things while gaining bloodpoints/etc.
    I'll leave the feedback to the rest of community as I can't be bothered to do that kind of stuff.

    So do whatever suits your needs.
