I am running into the same problem. Mine has been stuck on 15/30. I think Texas BBQ is broken too. I have been sitting at 22/25 and took out a whole team in the basement. It seems that some of the trophies are not progressing as they were before the Twins release.
Is it cause the maps are updated?

I am having tons of issues trying to connect to servers. I am on console but I get in a game (maybe) and after I get kicked out of game saying Error. At times I have received a 401 error message. Restart the game completely and it says network error. Is this happening to others?

I played 3 matches like this as Hag and also have nothing in my inventory. I was really looking forward to rekindling my lost dbd love with the anniversary, but it's just made me feel more frustrated.
I know this sounds crazy and is a lot of effort. I have had great success lately by going to the default skins of the killers and survivors when going for this. Have you tried this? I also went to the extreme and changed cosmetics to default, closed the application and restarted. I have been getting my crowns as of now. Well when the killers aren't so thirsty and taking it away. LOL

What was previously said is true. You can only get them for non-licensed characters. So no for Steve, Ash, Nancy, Tapp, Laurie. Same with Killers, not a go for Demo, Myers, Freddy, Pig, Ghost Face, Pyramid Head.

I have found that if I change the cosmetics to the characters default I have had better results. I don't know why, but that has been working best. At times I have had to play multiple times as that character but it seems to work better.
Hope you get it. Let me know if you have discovered anything new or tricks yourself.

I have been having the issue and what I have found that seems to be working is that I use the default skin. That means head, torso, and legs are all set as the default. Once I have done this, go to the trial, find the pillar, interact with it, escape the trial. I then am rewarded.
I will say that this has not worked every time but as I keep the default skin in play it has typically worked the next time. I escaped with Kate 7 times and it finally worked. Multiple times for Claudette and a few times with Jake. I am still working on Jake's.
This does seem to be only affecting console players.

I too am having the issue. Have escaped with Kate 4 times, Claudette twice now. In the discord they asked that I record a game and send it. I have and just waiting for feedback.
