  • I just had this issue, it happened right as I was dashing a survivor into the wall. it took about 2 minutes after the endgame timer to end for the game to actually finally end. R did not work in dropping the survivor and there wasn't any survivor willing to throw a pallet on me so I couldn't test that.

    First picture is when I collided into the wall and it perm kept them on my shoulder, 2nd is right after the endgame timer ended.
