However I can say, as a killer I do play "nice" when events are happening, I just want to 1 or 2 hook everyone for BP. I have literally had survivors leave someone else on the hook for the entire 2 hook states til dead even though I'm nowhere near the hook the entire time.
I can't unhook them myself.
If that happens when I am trying to play nice, the moment someone dies on hook for no reason I go out for blood. Either all of them get out or none if I can help it.

You understand that not everyone can speak or even READ English? The game is localized in many places to accommodate this. Also I wouldn’t want to have some person in my ear when I am trying to figure out from where the spirit will phase at me. In my opinion more Gestures and pings would be a most welcome change for solo queue.

I have a friend who is new and we usually play surv together. Most of the time lately. I noticed that she is not aware of her surroundings that much, doesn’t do good calls for plays etc. but since this is a “casual” game since there is no ranked/ladder, why would I force her to try hard and “git gud”? I have not been in favor of different queues in the past but I am beginning to change my mind on that front tbh.. maybe I am being matched with bad people and not winning all the time has tanked me. Idk..

i wish there was some official answer on this matter because your playstyle is different based on your build. If my build is internally broken, maybe it would be good to know and switch over to something safer.
Imagine driving your car knowing that 1 out of 100 times the breaks wont engage. I wouldnt use that car xD

Maybe you are in a decent MMR bracket.. After the patch was launched it feels like i have to tryhard as survivor a whole lot more. My teamates kept going in lockers and kept crouching behind rocks, dropping within 20 seconds at most in chase, pallets drop like the rain. I never played the game to sweat (as surv), and maybe that way i didnt mind me being dead on hook but it seems like I get matched with newer survivors a whole lot more recently.
Maybe this is because many people switched to killer since it is more fun. Queue times after 21:00 never were this fast as survivor before. I dont know, i will stick around to find out tho. I am still getting better, but sometimes i am getting drowned in my salt xD
