To answer your question and to give you some context on to why. Technically the 4th anniversary gear is not an outfit. The only time when something is considered an outfit is when its connected to the store(and buyable). Which is why Prestige, default and other anniversary gear isnt available in this tab.
However would I love to see every outfit (when owned) show up in the outfits tab. Makes it easier to equip them for sure.
However, according to your argument, the Glitz & Glamour outfit for Claudette, which I have, should be at the store too. But it ain't tho.

I mean, you're purposefuly damaging other people's game by quitting, it makes sense for you to get 0 out of it and the rest to benefit from it.
It's not their fault you're trash-playing anyway, and you clearly couldn't care less what happens in that game after you quit, and not like you can rejoin..
