  • Disturbed Ward, Crotus Penn Asylum
  • Perks -> Unrelenting, Hex: Ruin, Spies From The Shadow, NOED
  • Items & Add-ons -> Adent Raven Wreath, Amanita Toxin and Yew Seed Concoction
  • Frequency -> 2 times in under a month - once as killer, once as survivor.
