I would aggree if chainsaw was heating while bieng up, but since it does only when you press power botton i can't complain.
It heats a lot when you rev(to charge up you're chainsaw completely you consume about 1/4 of the heat bar wich is a lot)and it heats when you sprint with it.I don't know what you're talking about when saying that it doesn't heat when the chainsaw is up because it definetly does(and a lot).

I've gotta say, the chainsaw heat is still a non-issue. It only punishes Hillbilly's who spam the saw constantly. If you've reached 50-60% and still attempting to use it traverse the map, what are you doing?
And if you're using it soley as a chase tool, let it cool down like 10% before revving it again. I was spamming my saw earlier and I never overheated it once.
You know you're basically contradicitng yourself, right? If i am not able to traverse the map while having 50-60% heat it's a huge deal not a non-issue.His mobility is one of his most crucial tools which makes the difference between wining a game or losing it and if even 10% of that is taken away it's so bad for Billy players and even for the more experienced ones and using the chainsaw corectly in a chase rather than looping like an M1 killer is what makes the difference between a good billy and an average one. You have to start revving at the perfect time.If you wait even a second for the chainsaw to cool down a bit it's over, you're not getting the chainsaw in time and the survivor is gaining distance on you. It's clear that you're not so experienced at Billy and you don't know what you're saying( sorry,no offense but i haven't found a way to put it more politely).

Because before 4.1.2 it was near imposible to overheat because heat goes away as soon as you stop reving/sprinting.
Before nerf i thought that overheat is quite useless tbh.
The overheat was just to punish face campers and rev spammers and it should have stayed like that because Billy already had weaknesses and a lot of counter play. Now it punishes players that play hin normally too and this is very bad because now it's very unfun and stressing to play as him and again,he didn't need a base kit nerf because he already had a lot of counterplay.

Since Billy's nerf yesterday I've only overheated once, which was when the game was over and I was trying to intentionally...
I'm curious how many games you played and what survivors you went up against.
