  As a Nurse player, on a 280 win streak, that runs quad aura perks, I often find that most survivors are good enough to hop lockers.

  This is why you aren't on the balance team. You just made all killers forced to slug everyone or lose the game. Having a survivor run around without the fear of the killer makes no sense. Even the killers that hook everyone twice before killing anyone still can't win, because once they death hook anyone, all other survivors would only need to hide, while the one "undead" survivor just has to run to gens and hold M1 until they are all complete.
