My problem with add-ons like Endo CPU conditions is that you're forced to expend your axe for mild benefits. Chica's Bib is an example of this.

I think either 33% or 50% chance to go to the realm of your choosing would be significantly better to make it worth the green offering. Compared to every other type of map offering, map offerings have a high chance of failure for its rarity level.
I, however, dislike the idea of reducing their rarity to common and keeping the chances the same.

Finesse is fine as is. In other words, don't fix what isn't broken. It already has the weakness of being disabled while injured and having a 20s cooldown at tier 3.

The bonus Undetectable duration can easily be increased from 1/2/3 seconds to 4/6/8 seconds.

+Flashbang: Flashbang’s blind duration is increased by 1 extra second, Flashbangs Deafen everyone within its range for the same duration as the blind (buffed to be more chase orientated)
+Dramaturgy: remove healthy requirement OR reduce exhaustion cooldown to 20 seconds from 40, Initial and bonus haste increased to 30%
+Head On: Highlight the locker you are inside of indefinitely unless exhausted or exiting the locker, the stun lasts for 4 seconds (1 extra second to compensate for the animation time when exiting the locker)
+Smash hit: speed boost lasts for 5 seconds, works on any stun you inflict on the killer (1 extra second to compensate for the pallet drop animation)
+Better then new: when healing another survivor to full health they gain 9% speed to vaulting, gen repair, and 25% to healing, unhooking, unlocking, opening gates, cleansing, booning, and sabotaging. These bonuses are reduced by 9% when they are healed from the dying state, all bonuses last for 120 seconds and are lost if you lose a health state
+Rookie spirit: on top of its effects gain a bonus 50% Gen repair speed for the regress meter
+Boon: illumination: additionally to its effects reveal survivors auras, reveal dull totems, and when the killer snuffs you’re boon they have their aura revealed for 2/4/6 seconds to everyone, removed the percentage bonus
+Deliverance: You can unhook you’re self in 2nd stage you can only use this perk once, additionally there will be a deliverance indicator underneath you’re character telling you’re teammates you have deliverance
+Deadline: increase skillcheck odds by 20% from 10%
- Flashbang - fine as is
- Dramaturgy - fine as is
- Head On - I agree with the part that highlights the locker the Head On user is in, but not the extra stun duration
- Smash Hit - Extra Haste duration is fine, but not your change to make it more versatile
- Better Than New - Absolutely not. This change ain't it, chief. Instead, make it so that you yourself gain the buffs that the perk offers if you heal yourself or other survivors heal you. Also increase the bonuses from 12/14/16% to 15/20/25%.
- Rookie Spirit - I have the same exact idea for buffing this perk. It should retain its niche for being a strong anti-gen regression perk. Here's my changes to the perk for you to gain inspiration from:
- Removed skill check requirement to activate perk. As a result, you immediately see the aura of regressing generators in white from the moment the match begins.
- When repairing a regressing generator, gain 150% increased repair speed.
- Time it takes to stop a generator from regressing from 5 seconds (1 c/s) to 2.5 seconds (2.5 c/s).
- After you stop a generator from regressing, gain 6/7/8% increased repair speed on the generator that you stopped from regressing for 30 seconds.
- Boon: Illumination - These changes are quite good, but I would add on that the boon should linger when you leave its AoE.
- Deliverance - I'm not sure about this one, but I'm down to test it out.
- Deadline - Make it so that you don't have to be injured to receive more skill checks. I want this perk to be like No Mither, but good.

this killer is bull and discriminatory I have eyesight problems can play the game perfectly despite being colourblind and wear glasses but only with this killer I can’t see nothing and really hinders gameplay I feel bad for any gamers with worse eyesight than me playing against this killer dumb design and yeah I have the heat best setting on dosnt mean nothing if I can’t see where I’m going just reduce the darkness of night fall or ADD A BRIGHTNESS SETTING
I'm told I have 20/20 vision by most people I'm friends with and I nearly always have a hard time navigating the map while Nightfall is active, but that's Dredge's whole gimmick my friend.
