• This sounds pretty neat in concept and for smart survivors it could be an incredibly fun mechanic to play around always shifting contamination around and trying to take one for the team without dying but for worse or less coordinated survivors this could quickly become annoying with too self interested survivors potentially causing the death of or at least applying unnecessary pressure to others for no real reason. There is also the possibility of trolling by spam giving someone else condemned till they die this could be limited by having the amount transferred reflect the amount the transferrer has making it so that they transferrer would have to be constantly getting themselves condemned to really affect others but it still wouldn't be too hard to simply wait till the right moment and add just enough condemned to screw someone else over. It'd be really cool if this could work but I'm not sure it could.
