To me, it seems like you either don't know the difference between subjective and objective, or you think everything you believe is the objective truth. While some things mentioned are objective, such as the poor netcode, killer-sided hit detection, and issues revealing Ghost Face, others are purely subjective. Even calling tunneling and slugging an issue is already subjective. To some, they are; to others, they are not. The proposed solutions are subjective too. I can see a plethora of problems with all of them, especially with players who are quite good at the game.
Furthermore, it reads like a memorandum aimed at making the survivor role untouchable while not even addressing the most glaring and objective problems for killers: auto-aim canceling M1s; hitboxes of abilities not extending to crouched survivors; most killers being unable to look straight up or down; some killers still not having received input buffering; Nurse still having some blink bugs and a lot more bugs as seen on their betahub site.
Here are subjective issues for killers as a comparison: infinite Shift+W and pre-shift survivors, solo gen speed, voice comms, pre-dropping pallets, a gen-kick limit while there is no healing limit, and abusing second-chance perks, especially in SWFs. If I were to come forward with my proposed solutions to those "issues," you would probably call them subjective too, I assume.
As for Ghoul, I do share your thoughts. Although you probably mean skill floor instead of skill ceiling, I presume.
If many of these problems are supposedly caused by players simply being too good at the game, then explain to me what the MMR system is for—especially when it barely works in the first place.
As for the other issues and bugs, yes, there are far more of them. But writing up just these dozen points took us several hours. The only subjective part was deciding which problems and bugs to include out of the many that currently exist in the game.
The whole point of this thread was to encourage discussion and give other players a chance to bring up additional issues, not to dismiss everything from the start by labeling it as “subjective.”

That was earlier on, they later talked on reddit and also the forums about it again. I remember Mandy specifically talking about how people should lower their expectations when it comes to the rewards.
So, if I understand correctly, we’re supposed to lower our expectations and accept a few profile icons as adequate prestige rewards. Skins are apparently out of the question because of licensing issues, and according to your argument, they would be unfair to original characters.
But how is it fair that nearly every licensed character comes with their own voice lines, while many of the original characters still don’t have the same level of treatment?
If we’re going to talk about fairness and equal treatment, that standard should apply both ways. It can’t be used as an excuse when players ask for better prestige rewards, while at the same time licensed characters continue to receive features and attention that many original characters never get.

So let me get this straight: a colorful ghoul that has almost nothing to do with horror, along with licensed content that completely ruins the game’s atmosphere, is supposed to be a good thing?
I never said Ghoul's inclusion was good or bad, in fact i've never even talked about him.
I've said certain things are purely subjective, which something like claiming that licensed content ruins the game's atmosphere is.
Also, Tokyo Ghoul falls under dark fantasy, which is the same as fantasy horror.
When it comes to voice lines, it’s also worth mentioning that you can count on one hand the number of licensed characters who are voiced by their original actors.
Probably because voicelines in general didn't become a thing until Ash Williams, and that they've slowly expanded the scope of voicelines over the years, and only recently begun to make it a regular thing.
It doesn't change my point about it however.
The prestige rewards are another example of this. Ever since the prestige system was changed, players have been asking for proper rewards for reaching P100 because of the huge amount of time and Bloodpoints it takes to get there. Giving players a few barely noticeable icons as a reward feels like a slap in the face.
It seems like these rewards were added only to silence the criticism. That way, whenever someone says there were supposed to be prestige rewards, the developers can claim that, technically, they did add them.
Call it a slap in the face if you will, it doesn't change the fact that expecting something that can't be streamlined as a reward, was always going to be an unrealistic expectation to have. Hell, P100 rewards was never something bhvr wanted to do, they only did it because the community kept asking for it.
Also it's not really that hard to reach P100, especially when more often than not, there's some kind of bloodpoint multiplier enabled, be it either via offerings or events.
It’s good to see someone responding to this thread, but I can already tell there’s no point in continuing this discussion with you, because the only subjective opinions here are yours. The arguments I’ve presented are based on things that are clearly visible in the game. These are facts, not made-up claims. Meanwhile, your replies don’t provide any real justification or evidence to support your points

This shouldn't be the main reason to not give us anything because of license.
It's reason enough to not give characters things like cosmetics for prestige rewards, if they cannot streamline it to everyone.
Also comparing famous licensed characters to original character is like comparing apples to oranges.
bhvr is obviously gonna get as many voicelines from licensed characters' original actors as possible, because it helps sell the licensed chapters better, due to it being part of the licenses' brand recognizability. Giving new voicelines to original Survivors is nice and all, but it doesn't carry the same weight & impact. It's the same reason why licensed characters without their original voice actors, don't have the same amount of voicelines, compared to those that do.
If bhvr ever goes back to bringing original characters up to date, it's going to be on their to-do bucket list, rather than it being a top priority.
So this list was supposed to show problems and new ideas.
Doesn't change that some of these ideas are again, either unrealistic, unhealthy or purely subjective.
The better P100 reward is just one example of such.
So let me get this straight: a colorful ghoul that has almost nothing to do with horror, along with licensed content that completely ruins the game’s atmosphere, is supposed to be a good thing?
The fact that licensed characters are treated much better than the original ones only suggests that the developers care more about making money than about how the game is actually received by the community.
When it comes to voice lines, it’s also worth mentioning that you can count on one hand the number of licensed characters who are voiced by their original actors.
