I tried a speed build on my clown with the 60 second machine learning and it was a little busted. Stbfl, machine learning, rapid brutality, and corrupt. With the 3% clown add on. I was just trying to mess around during the event, and only proc’d in 2 times at most.
That being said, I’ve got 2k hours on survivor and i can count on 1 hand the amount of times I’ve seen the perk used. Guess they could have gutted it worse than they did, but I can’t imagine anyone using it outside of memey builds or for the achievements.

Chucky is still strong, more importantly unique. Comparing him to these other killers makes no sense. He is stealthy Base kit undetectable, with anti loop/scamper, gap closers that allow you to vault and then still hit the survivor. Comparing the short king to literally the most blood thirsty loud Goon that is Oni is crazy to me.
Cant have all the killers handle/play the exact same way. If they did, then you might as well make them cosmetic.

I’m sorry you have to deal with that, I’ve been trying out different exhaustion perks to prepare instead.

We tested this on a custom game. The survivor was given credit for a blind but me, the killer wasn’t blinded, atleast I didn’t get the blind animation. Not sure if you can still get flash light saves though.
