it's insane they even considered just not allowing you to kick gens. I guess we're all gonna have to play A tier and above if these changes go thru.

if they brought them back, people would have to pay full price, and I agree that they shouldn't be purchasable with iri shards. People who originally paid 10 or 20 bucks for all the skins from that rift including the recolors, while new plays would have to spend that same amount on individual skins.

I wasn't aware they were discussing it, and for Fortnite, no they are selling ones from recent seasons in the store at a later date so there are plenty of skins that will be permanently vaulted.
ah ok. I thought they were bringing old battle pass skins back.

I mean fortnite for example has hundreds of skins that are locked behind the "you had to have been there" wall.
on the last AMA they said they were "discussing it", and even Fortnite is starting to sell old battle pass skins in the shop.

Why shouldn’t they? Theres been a massive influx of players because of Tokyo Ghoul and FNaF, and there’s over 50 outfits that are being gatekept because of some FOMO bs. I’ll use Helldivers as an example, Warbonds and store items are always available, so there’s no FOMO, and the Devs have stated they’d bring back the pre order armors so everyone has a chance to enjoy them.
