• That already happens since nearly every survivor runs basically the same 6 perks depending on need, so the killers already anticipate that with thier builds. Making passives available would require more planning on both sides to be effective. I wouldn't mind killers getting passives as well, like Billy being the only one with Lightborn, if worked out correctly (big if) it could be done without causing gamebreaking builds.
