Importantly though, it means no other exhaustion perk. It's much simpler to tank a stun at the start of a chase than to deal with Balanced Landing, or have Dead Hard add several extra loops to chases.
There's also the times people attempt to use it mid chase which can result in a free grab.
It really just has appropriate downsides for its power.
You can fake moving towards the locker and make them jump out then grab/hit them.

With Dead By Daylight I notice an expectation that their opponent's job is to provide them with a "fun game".
To be honest this is mostly from survivors, who some believe it's the killers job to provide them with a fun game. Whilst it's not entirely survivors, I've had killers messaging me to declare that I am now on their Mori list because they couldn't catch me or because I saved someone with with borrowed time at the end of the game.
My response is that to those who have the opinion that it's their opponents job to provide them with a fun game, do you care about how much fun they are having in the game?
I certainly don't care about the killers enjoyment of the game when I play survivor. My version of fun is being able to be chased by the killer for a long period of time, till when all the generators are powered up, the killer is driven to facecamp me, or the killer disconnects (especially when I see at the end of the game, the killer is a red rank). I highly doubt the killer is having a wonderful time in those situations.
So I don't care about the killer's enjoyment, so I don't expect the killer to care about my enjoyment of the game.
Do some people really have a mori list?

No it is not.
At the moment you can hook one person and then tunnel them down and instantly mori them.
In my opinion you should have to hook all four survivors one time to even activate the mori. This would prevent from killing one person in the first two minutes of the game, but also would not make the mori entirely useless.
I misread what you initially said. I agree with everyone being hooked once.

Additionally. Genrushing does not exist. DO you have any evidence every survivor you faced was running commodus toolboxes with provethyself and two manning two gens at the same itme? If not, there is no "gen rush" going on and nor is this an issue, as its survivors just doing their objective. you have numerous perks to combat this issue. Why arent you using them?
I only play solo and still think gen rush is a thing.
