    I honestly don’t know... I didn’t see her the whole game and nobody got hooked. We just did gens and escaped, she downed two people near the exit gate but they managed to escape.

If it can't find a good match after a certain amount of time, it'll gradually lower it's standards until you do get a match (better to play somebody than sitting there waiting forever). In this case, the killer likely had a long queue since they're rank 20 and the game would have tried to pair them with other rank 20 players, which is a fairly limited pool since 20-15 is reserved for new players.

    There's a new matchmaking system on the way and it should help with that. It will hopefully fix the longer queue times so it doesn't get to the point where it gives you whatever it can get.

  • I understand, but how can matchmaking allow a rank 20 to play against ranks 2-3? And this wasn’t a Kill Your Friends... :/
