It's obvoiusly not a Switch thing. I play on PC with quality set to "ultra" and the fog doesn't look like a natural cloud. I can literally see "borders" all around like the fog was cut out with some scissors:
Shared with DropboxI recommend to download the file as the issue is far better visible there than in the compressed video you can watch online.
I can only image there has been a quality downgrade for graphis. Grass also looks like crap for me on ultra settings. I can actually count the pixels when I'm close enough.

I understand that it’s a very rare charm and an exclusive for this “event” but this is a first come first serve deal and not everyone has time to watch fog whisperers to hand out limited time codes that someone else can take if you’re not fast enough. With that being said as a former DBD console player, I feel bad as the codes can be long and it takes a long time to type in codes on a controller. The devs already made the blight cosmetics non-earn able except for cash that is, so why not make a universal code for all gamers to enjoy the charm? Imagine watching fog whisperers all day, or all week for codes and you get one but it’s taken... that would annoy me personally tbh. Idk it all seems like bs.
I tried to check videos of Paulie Esther and The King first. They had codes put in them but of course they were all invalid already even if a video was just 20 minutes old.
I eventually got the charm while watching a Twitch stream of Vinc3ntvega yesterday night. (In the middle of the night for me.) He had it tagged as "Dwight crow charms every hour". (Or something like that.) And he did the giveaway in a very fair way also thinking of console players.
He showed a prepared Notepad file with five charm codes on screen for seveal minutes while the last two digits were still hidden. So everyone - even console players - had time to put in the first 35 of 37 digits. Then he said "GO!" and made the last two digits visible.
I had DbD and the code field already open. I added the last two digits and actually got the charm. Maybe try to check when he's streaming and you might be lucky.

Killer camp = 3 survivors have a free escape
They can just gen rush very easy, because the killer camp 1.
EGC timer: 2-4 min
Your team died and the killer find the hatch first.
And you want still escape?
The killer did his job, he killed your team.
You failed your job, you will die.
Its a horror game and not a playground for survivors with 100 second chances.
Good that hardly any killer uses "hex: ruin".
But hey, I already know your next answer:
"Good survivors hit every great skill check. If you don't you suck. But you should easily find and cleanse the hex totem immediately anyway. Otherwise you suck too."
Also good to know that three survivors can repair five generators within in two minutes and of course escape immediately afterwards before the killer can do anything.

And the killer found you, because you didnt hide.
You and your team failed 3 times,
but you want still another chance.
Well, as you have only two minutes left once the endgame collapse has started hiding isn't really an option.
The endgame collapse may look nice on paper and have nice graphics / animations but it simply doesn't work out for me. If the last survivor isn't lucky enough to find the hatch first there's hardly anything he can do.
- Hatch closed. Endgame collapse and NOED trigger.
- Killer walks to the gates immediatly. If you hide you die. If you try to open one of the gates you get knocked out.
- Then the killer either let's you bleed out for two minutes or he plays the "pick you up / let you wiggle free / knock you out again / repeat" game until you eventually get killed by the entity.
For me the endgame collapse only made the game worse and more annoying. Often it even rewards killers that simply camp one survivor after the other to death to then chase the last remaining survivor for two minutes until the entity does the work for him as he already didn't like to put a lot of effort into it before. "gg ez / git gud"
Wow, thanks!

- The reality often is rather that the killer leaves you on the ground until you're killed by the entity or he plays the "pick you up / let you wiggle free / knock you out / repeat" game for two minutes.
I'd often like to laugh when people write "Simply open a gate and escape".

Do generators, help survivors while you're not being hooked once. Engame collapse starts. You get slugged to death for two minutes. "gg ez / git gud"

So killing all four survivors in 80 % of all (high ranked) matches is "maybe a bit too much" killer sided?
The developers once said they'd consider "2 die / 2 escape" as balanced but the game is far from that at the moment. You're reaching high ranks as survivor too easily. I'm rank 2 at the moment and all im getting currently in 90 % of all matches is kind of like:
One player is already missing at the beginning. The next one disconnects because he gets camped. The next one gets camped, too. Only one geneator done so far because 80 % all high ranked killers use "hex: ruin". You get spot and knocked out. All are dead in a match far from getting electricity back. Then the chat usually is like:
Killer: "gg ez lol"
Survivor: "F*** off."
Killer: "Hahahahahahahaha. The salt is real. Give me more. Hahahahahahaha. lololololololololol"
Survivor: "Wow, really?"
Killer: "You suck. Git gud. Hahahahahahaha. Hahahahahahaha. Hahahahahahahahahaha!"Yeah, this is so much fun. Good to see there are people that actually want to play real matches instead of just being toxic.
It's still two weeks till the rank reset so two more weeks with countless of toxic matches. Yay!
And the new rank reset rules make it even worse as you keep a higher rank than before. So you reach the toxic high ranked area even faster now. Yay!
I could diconnect twenty or thirty times in a row do derank... if it wouldn't resut in a ban. And spoil already toxic matches even more for the other players.
But hey. It's balanced, isn't it?
