You're joking right? Or are you just an entitled survivor main.
Coldwind is one of the most problematic maps for killer. Fractured cowshed can have up to 4 jungle gyms, that strong barn, the killer shack, the meat tree loop and several other strong loops placed around the map.
Just go into a private lobby, use windows and run around and check out the loops properly.

Sorry, will never ever agree with this while a perk exists that completely destroys the perk for killer. Enough said, run distortion if you're worried about it.
-
Of course its stupid design. Like god pallets. Like BT at base, soon to be deliverance at base. They try to make it so easy for survivor but there are too many ignorant and entitled survivors out there that preach this nonsense.

Can be totally flipped on the killers side.
I've played lots and lots of both sides and its 100 percent easier to come back from a bad position as survivor. One bad chase, 30/40 second (which isn't bad, but with gen speeds this is bad), 2/3 gens can pop and you might need to start camping or tunnelling.
'At any moment' I totally disagree with this comment. It boils down to the team mates you're playing with. If its a super organised team, this little error is not going happen. And if there is a little error, your efficient team mates are popping gens. Only some scenarios, maybe a NOED play or Devour can really turn a tide when it looks like you've lost.
And if a killer does have a really good start, absolutely it should be nearly impossible to escape with a 2K. Why should a killer who's playing really well, better than their opponents, not be winning the game? It would be rather entitled to say, this killer is playing really well and we're playing really bad but we should still be getting 2 people out at least.

Its not toxic at all. Its not easy for new survivors I agree. But no game should be easy when they first start playing. After practice they will be fine. We need to stop this, 'make new survivors experience fun' ideology as it normally is just damaging for people who have played this game for a long time.

Looks like we got a twitter survivor here.

Me when I make up something to be angry about
Not angry, just using BHVR's track record in these situations and their overall, poor perk design which makes me believe they will add something really strong to the survivor pool upon this DLC.

Why should killers have to use one of their 4 perks to counter a total crutch? Nobody uses Blood Echo, because its a crap perk and incredibly situational. We shouldn't have to a accept a busted perk being introduced to shift the meta.
I like its 'shaken up the meta' if you want to call it that, but what I don't like is a killer doing their job I.E injuring and applying pressure gives such a significant buff to survivors. The perk is the definition of a crutch. It is is no way a well designed perk. If it was vice a versa, the killers having a perk that slows survivors by 3 percent when injured, the community would be at outcry. Lets not lie to ourselves and say this is healthy for the game when its not, especially when you see the filth of it with Hope and endgame.

Totally agree. In its current state, I wouldn't use Ruin if it wasn't even a Hex. Its a joke the nerf they did to it, and the fact there is no recognition at all that they destroyed the perk.
Its just another case of a killer perk being totally destroyed as it was semi-strong. Let us remind that Dead Hard was meta from its first iteration to very recently (Its still a very useable and impactful perk, not destroyed like Ruin).
We can't be surprised if 80 percent of the player base are vouching for things to get nerfed, its waaaaay more likely to be heard than the measly 20 percent killer base (Most likely this number is bigger on the survivor end).

Well, I can imagine fast drop after anniversary event end.
"Made for this" made my main killer garbage (Legion), so I will probably have a break after anniversary event for some time, again.
That's a shame about Legion. I had a rough endgame with the new killer due to Hope and Made for this. It meant a survivor could escape with ease despite being on the other side of the map (The Game) to the exit gate.
I do suggest using Blood Echo on Legion, Plague etc, to counter the new perk. Or even Fearmongerer

Get better I say lmao only a handful of you are complaining
Silly argument. If when killers injure survivors and they lose 3%, I don't think it would be a 'get better' matter. The world be ending if the killers had the same perk.
This isn't me being an aggressive killer main, but the perk is a crutch. You mess up as survivor and get rewarded with a speed buff, this is the definition of a crutch.

I love that the biased survivor mains are barely posting anymore, as they are beginning to realise that the new killers being released are designed to hand hold them. The fact you can pick up an EMP in chase (depending on RNG) etc etc, and completely destroy the killers power is mind numbing. The devs don't realise that in a 4 v 1, survivors should be taking a lot longer than killers to do objectives.

Gosh it’s so infuriating when things like this that are TOTALLY unrelated to what they were trying to “fix “ happen and i have NO IDEA WHATSOEVER what it was that they were trying to fix or fixed…. To me it just seems that now there is a TRUE bug that Spirit is affected by…🤦🏼♀️ And you know what’s even more infuriating? The devs not mentioning these DRASTIC changes be it intended or not in the patch notes thinking people won’t notice….😤😤
How in the world does fixing a “bug” lead to a character’s FOV being COMPLETELY and UTTERLY bad-looking and changed and not to mention causing motion sickness in some instances???? Also Spirit’s walking animations from the survivors’ perspective are completely different and they look bad like really bad. -_-
Can you also elaborate on the “sounds seem totally off “ part? Are you referring to the new katana noises that sound so weird and different when Spirit attacks? Or just in general? Because if the latter, it’s always been like this sadly and a dev a month or so ago had told me that the sound inconsistencies and bugs aren’t actually bugs and whatnot but rather a part of the game …great just freaking great.
The foundation of this game in all aspects or most of them is like trying to cove up the smell of feces with a fragrant air freshener. Truly revolting. 🤮🤢
P.S. : This weird new bug ( i don’t even know if it is, knowing the devs, they could for all we know ignore it and leave it as it is ) has been happening since the most recent hotfix , a few days or week ago.
Idk if I've just been titled by the new bugs from when I played her a 4/5 days ago. But just survivors have been much harder to hear as recently than usual, even when people don't have iron will. Its like when I phase and I can only hear them ish when im literally on top of them.
