unless they have a source of haste in their build, they are cheating, and based on how often I run into cheaters, you are potentially misinterpreting survivor haste?
this event adds no new sources of haste. the snowmen hinder, the snowballs are a cute gimmick that do nothing, and firecrackers are flashbangs.
then so many cheaters and bhvr does nothing with it. Played with survivors - a lot of cheaters on killers. The most epic case is when a killer killed last surv and rushed directly to my locker from the oppoite map corner while I was all the time in this locker and he didn't even have BBQ

the winter event didnt readd blighted serum to the game. if you ran into a speed hacker, report them?
report 4 players almost each game?

I preferred when it mixed up gameplay a little more - Twisted Masquerade this year was really fun for instance, but as far as events go this is fine.

what do you want to hear about your unbalanced killer? Unbalanced ability, camera, speed, size and even body (hitbox) - if it is small then why when he is below pallete a survivor can't jump through that pallete?

Happens my man, but like I said before, that's not really what this post is about, nobody is defending cheating and bhvr is sometimes really slow in banning cheaters, but what the guy here is trying to explain is that whitelisted tools are for some reason still cheating... Despite explicitely being allowed by the devs.
reported a lot of cheaters. BHVR banned only that one with teleport who finished the game in 5 minutes. In other cases "you didn't provide video" (which I have no possibility to record)

Ok? Nothing I can do about that... If you reported him ingame, in steam and probably also as a ticket? (No clue if the ticket is still necessary...) then there is nothing more you can do but wait for him to get banned.

Today is another obvious cheater - Chucky with 100 prestige

Everybody in this discussion will get ban rather than they will ban cheaters.
The most epic cheat I saw is when a survivor with a speedhack "leaps" so close to a texture of wall on running that he falls through wall textures. What did BHVR? NOTHING, just closed this ticket

If a chain touches anything that has a hitbox (walls, rocks, trees, generators, etc) the chain breaks without a delay
it looked like it is broken just by air

and? usually chains are broken like 1dd2dd3 (d - delay) but this cheater broke them like 123. Which obstacles on the map help to do that?
