A lighter version of the add-on could be that when a zombie hits a survivor, the next time they are hit by tentacle whip, it would put them into the dying state. Zombie hits are rare enough that i think you could put this as add-on without being overly complained about.
That's Iridescent Umbrella Badge. I'm talking about the Iri that gives zombies a big boost of speed when a gen is completed, though I do like your idea of Nemesis whip insta downing survivors if a zombie hits them.

What they need to do is just make spending bloodpoints even faster.
Add a way to customize how the auto-bloodweb button buys things, getting rid of the message that tells us what bloodweb level we're on, make it so the auto-bloodweb button is unlocked for ALL survivors after you prestige one and making the auto-bloodweb button truly automatic cause console players don't have access to auto clickers.
Legit all the changes I mentioned would make things a 100 times quicker.

Apparently it's not a bug. Then again, BHVR is a complete joke so it shouldn't be a suprise. Remember when they said Repressed/Blast Mine combo was bugged? Well they still haven't fixed it and I doubt they ever will, so my guess is they listed it as a bug just so people wouldn't riot.
Little did they know that they also should of labeled the vault speed as a bug, because I guess BHVR forgot that people actually enjoy playing killers that aren't Nurse and like using non slowdown builds. Once again BHVR messed up, who would of guessed.

The fact it actually came true is disturbing.

Using a perk isn't abusing it and if you think so your ridiculous.
By saying this, you basically are saying 90% of survivor mains are ridiculous. How? Because these survivor mains are the people who enjoy complaining about NOED and saying that it's "unfair". If you couldn't tell, I think NOED is a good and well-balanced perk.
