• With no perk adjustments for this mechanics, this will make everyone have generic builds, killing diversity, role-playing, and fun. Personally think they are pushing this because this solve many of the perk balancing problems they have to face in the future, rather than caring about fun gameplay. Very unlikely this will go well at first launch, and will kill a huge chunk of player base, which is already not that many. They should do atleast a 3~6 month pbt on this to make it function the least.
