For starters, it's historically famous for being Scottish, not British.
Secondly, you'll never hear a Scot complain about anyone wearing a kilt. Wear what you want, we don't care. They're stupid comfortable.

Same. I thought I had finally figured it out one night by individually going through every single killer and survivor one at a time, and I had found some random heads and weapons that had the notifications on them which weren't being shown at the lists of all the characters. Cleared them all, went to the main menu, and it was FINALLY GONE!
The next day there was an update, added some new cosmetics, and bow it's happening again. Sadly, this time the "fix" I had found isn't fixing it, and I am losing my mind every time I go to the menu.

I am on PlayStation 5 and having the same issue. I was checking different forums, and I see that this exact challenge has gone back and forth between being bugged and being fixed for at least 2 years now.
