Yes. And I've decided to go back to dash killers because I keep seeing Sprint Burst + Vigil every other game. Trying to maintain any semblance of map control on a bad map against a team on comms on a non-dash (really, non-mobility) killer is hell when these perks are in play.
This right here but these survivors have never played killer once in their lifetime.
