• You do know they didn't change decisive strike yet right? At least from my experience the reason they DCed is probably because of the huge amount of hit box issues. The few games I've tried playing since the update I'm constantly being hit by killers who are dozens of meters behind me. I had a killer hit me through god pallet while they were standing at the other door of killer shack not even 5 minutes ago.
